Dr. Jocelyn Tan, M.D., FACP, is a highly esteemed hematologist and oncologist. She earned her
Doctor of Medicine from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center
in the Philippines. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Nassau County Medical
Center and Montefiore Medical Center, followed by fellowships in Medical Oncology at
Montefiore Medical Center and Hematology/Medical Oncology at the University of Nebraska
Medical Center.
Dr. Tan has held numerous prestigious positions, including staff oncologist roles at various
hospitals and clinical professor appointments at Creighton University and the University of
Pittsburgh. Her research interests focus on innovative cancer treatments, including the
ketogenic diet’s role in cancer therapy. She is a fellow of the American College of Physicians
and an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American
Association for Cancer Research. Dr. Tan is also fluent in English and Tagalog and
